Bill Anderson, DDS, MS
Dr. Anderson began his distinguished dental career in 1998 after earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. From the very beginning, he demonstrated a strong commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. In 2002, he expanded his focus into advanced implant dentistry, and he has now been placing and restoring dental implants for over twenty years. Over the course of his career, he has successfully placed thousands of dental implants and completed numerous full-arch restoration cases, helping patients regain both function and confidence in their smiles.
To ensure maximum patient comfort during these advanced procedures, Dr. Anderson also met state requirements to provide both I.V. and oral sedation to his patients. To achieve this level of clinical excellence, Dr. Anderson spent 15 years training and working alongside some of the world's greatest oral implantologists, including Dr. Carl Misch and Drs. Duke and Rob Heller, and Dr. Mike Pikos. His dedication to continued education led to a significant achievement in 2012, when he became a Board-Certified Oral Implantologist and earned Diplomate status from the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry. This is one of the highest honors in the field, held by only about 500 clinicians nationally.
Throughout his career, he has earned additional prestigious distinctions recognizing his advanced expertise, including being named an Honored Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and a Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Dr. Anderson's leadership and commitment to the profession extend well beyond his private practice. Demonstrating his dedication to dental standards, he was appointed by Governor John Kasich to serve on the Ohio State Dental Board from 2016 to 2019, contributing to the advancement and regulation of care across the state. He also shares his expertise with the next generation of dental professionals by teaching implants nationally to students at Maxi Courses. Furthermore, after many years of service on its Board of Trustees and in various other leadership roles, Dr. Anderson continues to lead the field as the incoming President of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.
In 2026, Dr. Anderson reached another major milestone by earning his Master's Degree in Dental Implantology from Jacksonville University, completing a journey that began with their Certificate in Comprehensive Oral Implantology. This achievement places him among a very small, elite group of clinicians worldwide to hold such an advanced degree. Since 1998, Dr. Anderson and his team have restored thousands of smiles, helping patients improve their oral health, confidence, and overall quality of life. His passion for dentistry and unwavering commitment to excellence remain at the heart of everything he does.
