Joseph Touhalisky, DDS
Dr. Joseph Touhalisky graduated Cum Laude, in the top 10% of his class, with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery from The Ohio State University.
Upon graduation, Dr. Touhalisky was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society, Theta Chapter, as an associate member. With 17 years of experience in the field, he has developed a deep expertise in comprehensive dental care and aesthetic dentistry, interests that began early in his pre-clinical years.
A dedicated researcher and student of the profession, Dr. Touhalisky co-authored a dental article and presented his findings in Vancouver, B.C., for which he received an Institutional National Research Service Award in 1998. He is proficient in advanced areas of dentistry, including surgical periodontics (gum surgery) and implantology.

As a lifelong student of the profession, Dr. Touhalisky takes regular continuing education courses to stay at the forefront of the industry. As dentistry evolves, he continues to utilize the latest techniques to deliver the best possible care to meet his patients’ dental needs.
Dr. Touhalisky is a native Ohioan, born and raised in Northeastern Ohio. He and his wife, Kathy, are the proud parents of two daughters. Their family also includes three cats, who are the fluffy extensions of their household.
In his free time, Dr. Touhalisky loves spending quality time with his family, especially when they can backpack and hike in the mountains of Tennessee and North Carolina. Something many people might not know about Dr. Touhalisky is that he is also an avid oil painter, specializing in landscapes.
